Agreeable film full of feeling, outlandish characters full of desire and love, haunting mood-pieces, unforgettable as well as outrageous images, and sense of style. Two men Benigno (Javier Camera ,this role is based on Pedro Almodóvar's close friend Roberto Benigni), and Marco (Dario Grandinetti) share an odd friendship while they care for two women, Alicia (Leonor Watling) and Lydia (Rosario Flores) in very different ways, who are both in deep comas. Almodovar successful melodrama about two comatose women and the men who love them, including his ordinary rare characters, twisted situations and eccentric events. Good film including interesting drama, colorful cinematography, sensitive score and nice interpretations by all-Spanish-star-cast.
